betas are all cool and like to have fun. I agree that they’re the “chill” girls. They also seem to be really close but not the classic sorority girls obsessed with each other.

Rushes individuals, not friend groups. If you truly belong there's a high chance you will end up in Beta even if you know zero upperclassmen.

One of the "chill" sororities, which is refreshing. Also one of the hottest, especially with the non-traditional hot girl look. Far more personality than the other sororities and the least annoying

Beta’s are actually the definition of a sisterhood... especially they’re most current PC. All the girls are obsessed w/ each other plus they’re legit the only chicks on campus that know how to have fun. Most turn up girls whether it’s for their own formals or for ours. They’re dope and if you fit in you’ll know right away and be taken under their wing... consider yourself blessed

Ok so for whatever reason I was curious about the last post. I decided to look up Kappa Beta Gamma. I was surprised. That person is totally right. Betas are not part of the Panhellenic Council sorority group at all. And all of their symbols are totally different from Kappa Beta Gamma. They are supposed to be lions or something. I am doing recruitment next semester and was kind of liking them, but now I'm not so sure. It seems like they are trying to be something they aren't? Or maybe they are trying hard NOT to be associated with the real Kappa Beta Gamma? I don't get it so now I'm wondering if I should try to find out about some other groups. This whole going Greek think is kind of stressful.

You can think whatever you want about beta and we appreciate the curiosity. Yes beta is unique and probably unlike any other of the panhellenic sororities at Wake. If you are interested, ask a member. Most of the girls are nice and will answer your questions.

Thanks, I appreciate the response. I’m kind of curious. Are you guys part of Pi Beta Phi at all? My friend just pledged Pi Phi on another campus.

The KBG group at Wake was a Pi Phi chapter before Pi Phi HQ revoked their charter. They immediately became KBG because they did not want to disband and could not affliate with another NPC group.

Not really a sorority.....Not sure what these girls are, honestly. Odd crowd, to say the least. Very irrelevant.
