Guys please stop bulling Theta Chi by saying they are “Top Tier” on there’s reviews. We all know they are the bottom, so just let them be. It’s a pretty bad joke to say they have packed parties with a lot of people when they struggle to get sorority mixiers. Please let them just enjoy themselves regardless of how other view as the ‘bottom frat’

The bottom house here. They have been the last ranked frat for years at this point. I wish that rankings can change at wake, not for theta chi it seems their anchored at the bottom.
