Amazing that your dues match panhel chapters but it goes to your HQ’s pockets. This is a pyramid scheme where regulars never benefit. The Panhellenic website for this school boasts that KBG has “over 17 chapters,” which is a saving Grace of reality compared to their messy rosters.

I have been to 1 SAE party this year. It is not even worth the walk. They are on such a decline with their last two PCs. I would have considered them upper middle before, but now they are below Lambda and maybe even Chi Psi

Out of all the chapters on campus, you want a local srat that STILL isn’t npc affiliated! Nobody knows your letters, you have no alum, no houses, no standards, and y’all aren’t organized or polite when you show up, uninvited.
