Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at York College of Pennsylvania - YCP 1.0 they are rude and get away with too many things on campus that they shouldn’t. They think they’re better than everyone else and that 100% isn’t the case. They bully their own brothers and even girls on campus. Would NOT recommend going or associating with these boys.
