how is the new sorority?

It's too early for them to really have a reputation/there aren't many of them by now. Just in seeing Theta grow I would say it takes a full four years before anyone can really say who they're going to be as a group - and even that is changing for every sorority all the time. Wait until the last of the charter class graduates, then see.
