frat rankings going into fall with descriptions

Top Tier: Beta & SigEp
Upper Mid Tier: SAE & Phi Delt
Lower Mid Tier: SigTau & ADG
Bottom Tier: TKE & Sigma Chi

-Beta and SigEp have the best GPAs. Both are the biggest fraternities on campus and have a lot of great parties. The guys are very involved on campus too.

-SAE and Phi Delt have some pretty good parties. Both are similar in size but Phi Delt is the most traditional fraternity on campus in the sense of their pledgeship and close brotherhood.

-Sig Tau is improving rapidly in every category but still aren't up there with Beta and SigEp. ADG is improving social wise but need to do better with recruiting because they're pretty small.

-TKE is the most irrelevant fraternity on campus because of their size and lack of parties. Sigma Chi just got back their charter after getting kicked off 5 years ago. Can't really judge them until officially get re-chartered.
