Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Western Connecticut State University - WCSU 2.9 This fraternity has definitely had it's issues. They have bad reputation because of issues with the there house however I haven't seen much of that personally and I hung out a lot with them. They used to have a house and used to have a lot of parties there but recently they haven't really done much. They need to be more active on campus now because there just kinda there. TKE throws more parties nowadays even though they have a appointment not a house. Great brotherhood though and amazing alumni.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Western Connecticut State University - WCSU 4.4 Fun parties and always involved on campus. Also always either with SDT or ADPI sororities. I say they are middle tier though, there is another fraternity not listed here, TKE. I would say they throw more parties, very nice guys, but less involved & also less class (some guys). Still consider TKE top tier but very arguable, they're both good for that title.
