spring rush

There is no formal rush. But every single chapter will be taking girls, whether they admit it or not. It's very low key and not talked about but every chapter will take a few. Some are more open about it and actively try to recruit like adpi, but others it's more of girls recommending other girls to the chapter.

That is not true. I know for a fact my chapter isn't taking anyone. There's nothing wrong with spring rush, but you should be aware that it's not like fall where you'd have a shot at every house.

I can't tell you for a fact my sorority does not spring Rush.... How would you even know? It's done by maybe half the sororities. The top half have absolutely NO reason to do it. They already have quota and it looks bad....

CPC determine Spring totals differently this year bc almost every chapter took girls last year. This year only half of the houses were under total and will have to take girls. CPC doesn't allow us to take more than total. Also tier is unrelated to who is taking girls this spring!

What the heck is the big deal about taking girls? Why is spring recruitment considered to be so embarrassing. Seriously, I thought joining a sorority was all about sisterhood and community among all of the greeks. Non greeks already hate on y'all so why is everyone always tearing down other houses. "Rankings" and "Tiers" don't mean jack once you graduate.

They don't mean jack before you graduate either.....they are completely opinions and everyone's is different

that is not completely true. With the large pledge classes this year and better retention rates, not all sororities will be participating like they typically do. Your best bet would be to ask a girl who is currently active in each chapter.
