fraternities on the rise

Pike, and sigma nu are on the rise. Which others do yall think are rising and falling? Delt and beta are definently falling

Where do you get this information? Pike has recently gained some popularity for sure but beta and delt are not falling. Anyone who knows what they're talking about will say the same.

Pike will always be low tier due to their quality of members, and yeah- delt is falling but I wouldn't say beta's is falling.

Given that most people across the board say Delt and Beta are falling your argument is a little off. IMO Beta fell a while back and is actually starting to do better again, but Delt is very clearly falling

Sigma Chi is falling as half their pledges are straight blinn they do not even go to TAMU.

Pike is definitely getting better socially & member quality wise, I'm not really sure about sigma nu. I also wouldn't say Beta or Deta are necessarily falling they just aren't what they used to be in the past.

Under that definition I guess Delt and Beta have "fallen" they're not "falling." Well, actually Beta has fallen. They were a top house a while back now they're more like upper middle. Delt hasn't really fallen, they've always been just a solid middle tier and they still are. The only reason I think Delt gets so much hate is because they try so hard to tell people they're a top house when they never have been

With a guy like Blake Williamson in this fraternity they are going down, he is a total douchebag !!! Uses girls and takes advantage of them. Total scumbag !!! He really makes the fraternity look really bad !
