spirit groups

I attend a different school in the state, and just out of curiosity, I was wondering how prominent/relevant spirit groups at Tamu are? Are they on-par with some of the sororities, or are they a tier of their own?

Isn't UT. Women's spirit groups aren't prestigious at all. There are a few spirit groups which are Christian/Catholic focused who hang on to fraternities, but most sorority girls see them as really desperate. In reality, it's not that difficult to join a NPC sorority at A&M at all as long as you're a decent person. It's nowhere as crazy as UT.
