Keep in mind I am a girl and this rating is based off of member quality with an emphasis on the newest pledge class.
Top: Fiji KA
(KA has been declining lately and bidding overly redneck guys and Fiji has passed them up)
Upper: Sigep SAE Beta
(Sigep guys are definitely better than SAEs, Beta has been irrelevant but still has cool guys)
Middle: Pike Delt Sigma Chi
(Delt and Sigma Chi have been crashing, Pike had a solid pledge class.)
Lower: Sigma Nu Kappa Sig
(Sigma Nu stagnant and Kappa Sig falling)
Bottom: Pi Kapp ATO DKE (I'm not sure)

If she's just just basing this off of member quality then I agree with OP but Delt has cooler guys than Pike though they tend to be less respectful/intelligent

they're a fraternity that's just about as big as ATO and they've been getting bigger, kinda surprised you haven't heard of them yet. sammy is pretty big at UT and it's a strong national fraternity

I'm also a girl and I and every girl I know (even girls who like KA and Fiji) like Beta bc they're nice, chill guys and think that they deserve at least top 5

As far as the guys go Sigep is much better than SAE, Beta is much better than Delt, and Pike is much better than Sigma Chi.
