That just means that more girls prefed kappa than they had bids to give out. So certain girls (your friend) didn't get their first choice because kappa didn't want them and had other girls higher on their list. Lol duh

I heard from a girl on panhellenic they didn't make quota too..funny when you walk down the row with brooms then the truth comes out from the panhellenic girls

this is based off of what girls would've picked for themselves. girls end up in sororities they wouldn't have picked as their #1 bc they got cut, so saying a sorority is more sought after than another is accurate. I know girls who changed their mind on what they wanted every day based off of who cut them
