There really isn't much difference between chapters anymore as far as tiers are concerned. More like chapters with "personalities" like each other. No chapter is bad on this campus. You just have to find out which fits you best.
Kappa, Zeta, and Delta Gamma are most similar
Tri-delt, Pi Phi, and Chi O are similar
AXO and DZ are similar
KD, ADPi, Gamma Phi, and Theta are similar

There's a pretty huge difference between a top chapter like, say, Tri Delt or Zeta and a bottom house like DZ. Yeah there's good and bad in all sororities but you're blind if you can't tell the difference. The blur mainly comes between top tier and upper mid. Like there's really not much of a difference at all between chapters like DG, XO, and PiPhi vs the so called top houses
