Top Tier: tridelt, delta gamma, zeta
Upper Middle: kappa, chi o, axo
Lower Middle: theta, pi phi, gamma phi
Bottom: dz , adpi

Lol kappa hasnt met expectations this year, delta gamma deserves it a lot more than kappa. Sorry.

DG and Zeta have many of the same strengths and weaknesses and Zeta is more desired during rush. Girls from top schools come in wanting Kappa, Tri Delta and plan on Chi O and Pi Phi as their next choices. Zeta and DG girls appeal to a different group of PNMs. They are all great and do well in rush but that does not make DG and Zeta higher....just different.

Kappa takes girls from top areas and then the rest of their pledge classes are "left overs." Girls who got cut based on reputation or something else

Definitely switch DZ to top tier or at least upper middle. You're on crack if you think that axo, chi o, pi phi, gamma phi, and theta are higher up. These standards and rankings are definitely made by a non Greek or someone in a sorority that is bias. All fraternities know that dz is 1000x hotter than axo, pi phi, chi o, gamma phi and theta. Plus they are the life of the party, unlike the others which don't know how to handle their liquor and or don't even party.

contrary to popular opinion held by the boys of fraternities, being well liked for partying does not make you a top house. you are a top house for grades, philanthropy, and based off of how many girls want to rush you. every sorority you mentioned, besides gamma phi, is LEAUGES above dz.

DZ = the girls who actually go to foundation & social in search of a boyfriend.
In which case, if you really are a SAE, it would make sense why you like them so much. Seems like your type of girl

I find it hilarious that even though the DZs are down voting anything that says they're bad, everyone 100% agrees SAE is overrated

Clearly made by a party girl. No one really thinks DG is top tier except them. Most don't think Zeta is tip top. AXO is not above Pi Phi. Pi phi, Chi O and Theta all classy chapters verses party chapters. That type appeals to a lot of girls. AXO, DG and Zeta much more the "fun" chapters. Tri Delta and Kappa straddle both the best.
