Sororities:
-DDD & KKG (Still top but KKG has been declining rapidly for some time now and DDD is beginning to show signs of declining)
-ZTA (Recently hit top but is quickly sinking again, had a rough semester)
-DG & XO (DG is on the verge of top tier, steadily rising. XO is on the verge of falling out of top tier, steadily declining, songfest issues have really impacted them)
-AXO & PBP (Mid tier but slowly climbing)
-Theta (Mid tier, has been declining slowly for a long time now)
-KD & GPB (On the verge of mid tier, steadily rising)
-DZ (Lower tier roller coaster. Recovering and beginning to rise again but will likely never hit mid given that their rep collapses every other year or so)
-ADPi (bottom but slowly improving)
Fraternities:
-KA & Fiji (Still top. Fiji is going steady in their own little niche, not declining but not really keep pace. KA is steadily declining and took a sharp blow this semester)
-SAE (SAE recently broke into top and is steadily rising)
-Sigep & Beta (Sigep is on the verge of top and is steadily rising. Beta is on the verge of falling out of top and is steadily declining)
-Delt (hanging onto upper mid, steadily declining)
-Sigma Chi & Pike (For every improvement Sigma Chi makes they decline somewhere else. Rough semester. Mid tier and staying there. Pike recently broke into mid tier and is rapidly rising)

-Sigma Nu, Kappa Sig, Pi Kapp (Sigma Nu is slowly improving but staying lower tier. Kappa Sig is slowly recovering but won't have a shot at mid tier for a while. Pi Kapp recently broke into lower tier and is slowly rising)
-ATO, DKE (Bottom tier but rapidly rising. Will break into lower tier soon)
-Everyone else (Bottom tier and staying there)

You can have my upvote. There are some parts where I would disagree with one or two things (like I think PBP should be maybe one tier higher and KD should be one tier higher), but more or less accurate.
I think for sororities it's not so much that some houses are "declining" but with the huge influx of new girls every year, houses that traditionally didn't do well are improving a lot and the traditional "top" houses haven't done enough to grow at the same pace. So not so much that any one house is doing worse than before, it's just that they're all becoming more similar in terms of quality.

At this point Delt is no longer holding onto upper mid. They're about even with Pike and Sigma Chi. Whether that's because Pike and Sigma Chi have improved or because Delt has fallen is up for debate but I think that's the general consensus around A&M.
Also I'm not sure Zeta having one incident at a semi formal is enough to constitute them "sinking"

As a guy, I can say that THETA is not with KD or GPB. They are fun to party with and don't make as++s of themselves. I will be bringing one home to meet the fam.

their pledge class from the fall actually hangs out with tri delts, kappas, and chi os

And that matters why? Doesn't change who they are as a fraternity. And almost any decent mid tier + fraternity hangs with those sororities. Not to mention every single one of those sororities is falling, especially Kappa and XO

Theta is definitely above KD. XO and AXO are nowhere near the same level, and AXO is definitely not above them. That would be saying AXO is on par with chapters like Zeta, Kappa, and Tridelt, which is laughable. Also, Sigma Chi sucks. But Pike sucks worse, they're hardly even a real fraternity
