Sororities or fraternities?

Be more specific. Are you asking about the living quarters or house size or house design? I think they all have pros and cons.

Sororities. And how nice it is overall.

"living quarters" really?

Anyways, Zeta did a huge remodel in like 2011 or thereabouts so appearance-wise, they're probably the best. DG and KD are some of the newer houses so they're a little nicer and larger.

Kappa's house looks really weird on the outside but inside is a lot better. Pi Phi's house is pretty solid, as are AXO and Theta. Theta has a pretty unique house design, so that is nice to see.

Tri Delt is pretty cramped and old-feeling, and XO had a huge ditch in front of it, plus it feels like something from the 70s on the inside. That would have my vote for being the "worst" house physically.

Zeta house was literly falling down. It was condemned because the foundation was cracked and unsafe.

Living quarters.....size of room, possibility of having a private room, suite bath, communal bath.....a lot of times the public part of the houses is a lot nicer than the upstairs

i can only speak to what i know- zeta's is obviously huge and gorgeous, pi phi is solid, and theta's is unique and charming but has small bedrooms. not a fan of adpi's or dz's.

Pi phi has community baths. Most houses have a maid that comes daily.

Why does it matter what a house looks like? Surely no one is picking a sorority based on how big their rooms are? It is the sisterhood inside that matters! Just FYI....Community baths and sharing rooms are awesome sister building times....

Hope someone shallow enough to pick a sorority based on how the house looks doesn't end up in my chapter

Sisterhood is great.....community baths and sharing rooms not so much.....not everyone wants to live like they're at a sleepover 24/7.....and that doesn't mean they don't love their chapter just as much as someone who does.....some sisters just value a little privacy

I know the chapters have to keep their houses full for financial reasons and some girls enjoy living there...but all that togetherness isn't for everyone. I know A LOT of very active sorority girls who are very involved and enjoy their chapter who went to great lengths to avoid the live in requirement.

If by "grapefruit" you mean weed, it's true. If you're rushing ask about it and they'll give you the lowdown.
