Will the fraternities do any fall events for spring rush ? Can you tell which fraternities will give you bids before formal rush week starts ?

Some do. Some don't. I know the following will plan to:
Kappa sigma
Fiji
Pike
Phi delt
Agr
Ato
And likely a few more. Reach out to rush chairs and find out.
