age difference
by: TexI served 3 years in the army and plan to start attending TAMU this fall. With that being said, at the time I start school I will be 21 almost 22. Would my age difference make it unlikely for me to get a bid? Also I probably have 3 years until I get. Y degree because I was able to take some classes while in the army. Thanks for any replies in advanced.

Age doesn't matter for most chapters as long as you're cool. As long as you don't join the corps, try to check out KA, SAE and Sig Ep. I'm in one of those chapter and would be open to giving a bid to someone with your background as long as you fit it. Honestly that's what it comes down to with any of the top chapters

Age shouldn't matter if you're cool. Military background would probably be a plus in some fraternities. I know KA, Sigep, and Beta have all had military guys before. Not sure about SAE or Fiji but I feel like anyone with a military persona wouldn't have an interest in the kind of guys that are in those fraternities anyway
