Clearly, OP is a KD trying to social climb into a higher tier.
Throughout the week, DG and Pi Phi were consistently the top ones mentioned so I would be shocked if they weren't the top pref choices, too.

KD has lived on GR for the past month. If you look at their sorority ratings, there are a lot of "posts" that mention KD as Top Tier. I bet they posted this discussion topic as well. Pathetic.

glad it did not work out - terrible experience - very shallow and fake people - thought any organization at Texas A and M would be better than what this week represented

would you say that? Every chapter ended up with a great group of women. All made quota and had fabulous parties last night.

For them but it wasn't a large group released at all. Mostly grades or other reasons. If they are freshman I would suggest getting their grades sky high, getting involved, meeting Greeks, and hope for cob

Nothing in life is guaranteed, not even a bid. Not everyone gets everything they want. The good news is, it's a big campus and lots of people to meet and things to do. And probably COB if they still want to be Greek. Good luck to them.

I haven't seen this year's stats, but usually 90% of the girls who don't get bids choose to withdraw from rush because they don't like their invites, and only 10% of the girls without bids are released (no invitations to the next round). Most common reasons for being completely released are being a grade risk, having no recs (or a bad one), or having a "questionable reputation."

I would put real money betting that if a freshman girl truly had a HS 4.0 (and not a 4.0 on a 5 scale) that she still had houses after 2 days. If she dropped, it was because she thought she was a special snowflake and was a snot about who was interested in having her back after DDD, XO and KKG cut her. If everyone dropped her after two days (And I mean ALL 12 houses) then she needs to take a good hard look at what "extracurricular" activities she's known for.
