upperclassmen cut
by: .So I noticed there was a lot of upperclassmen cut this year. Was it just that the houses were not taking many upperclassmen or was there too many rushing this year?

Neither. To have a great rush as an upperclassman, you need a strong GPA (3.5+), to be very involved on campus, an impeccable repuatation, and to have friends on the inside pulling for you. Many upperclassmen are rushing with a GPA under the houses' averages, didn't make friends with sorority women their freshman year, etc.
