fraternity rush

It seems like most fraternities like sig ep, SAE, KA and FIJI have gotten more selective this year? Why is that? I heard SAE and Sig Ep where not too hard to get a bid and I heard Sig Ep is only takeing 14 pledges...

KA and FIJI have always been selective. SAE and Sig Ep are pretty selective now because they can be. As for the 14 pledges, no one is that selective. My buddy said they're aiming for a 40+ pc like they had last fall
