Do sororities already have most of the PNMs that they want picked out before rush even starts? What was this based on and what did they look for (good and bad) on social media?

Social media can play a role in determining which girls they want to rush hard. Sororities do have a list of girls they like the most before recruitment begins. This is usually based grades, friends from high school, involvement in school, legacy status, rec letters, and some houses recruit girls from certain high schools or areas. If you don't stand out before rush, you can still stand out during rush! They will also score you on how well the conversation went and how you present yourself. Don't overthink it, just be yourself.

depends on the house. Some houses have so many legacies/camp connections/church connections/high school friends that their list is pretty much full. If you aren't on it, don't worry. There are lots of houses at A&M to get involved with!
