fraternity and men's organization

I'm a rushee this semester and was just wondering... how possible is it to be in both a fraternity AND a men's organization (i.e. One Army) at the same time? Do fraternities care about this? Will men's organizations write you off if you are pledging a fraternity? Just curious...

honestly I just dont think you could handle being a new member in both organizations and be in school too
