improving or declining

A ranking, separated into houses that are improving and houses that are declining and based on popularity, reputation, socials, grades, looks, scandals and involvement in greek life and competitions. When joining an organization that you will be active in for the rest of your college career, I would recommend considering whether or not they are getting better or worst. I'd rather be the best pledge class yet than the disappointing pledge class the older girls look down on.
Improving- DDD, Chi O, DG, KD, Gamma Phi
Declining- Theta, Kappa, AXO, DZ
Steady- Pi Phi, Zeta, ADPi

Decline? WTF are you even basing this on?
ADPi a good, solid house, full of intelligent, fun women who seem to like their sisters and who want to improve their chapter. Anyone who keeps knocking them should get the plague and get a clue about what really matters in life.

And ZEta as steady. I can't find the Spring grade report, but they have been in the same steady place in grades.

This is totally correct. I really don't see anyone "declining" although there's no denying the unique issues DZ has faced this past year.

only thing I disagree with is AXO declining, they are the same, and if they do better in recruitment this year, will be rising! And Kappa is not declining at all, their philanthropy events are awesome, and they have the best socials with other sororities and frats. Let's be fair to all groups!

I'll be a junior this year and my older siblings were in Greek Life here since 2007. AXO has always been solidly mid-tier. They've always been just outside of the top 6 (some years they've cracked the top 6, taking DG place), but I don't think they've gotten any worse, just other sororities have gotten better.

I've been a fraternity little sister for 3 years and I'll tell you this I've seen girls throwing up from EVERY sorority except Theta and KD. Many are freshman girls who just aren't very experienced with handling social situations.

They might not be the 'best' house, but they're definitely not declining by any means. They've grown a lot in the past year.
