Kappa was a mess this rush. Like they didn't even try. The chapter is snotty, entitled and thinks people should worship them because of their reputation from 15 years ago (or from other schools). DG, AXO, PiPhi and ZTA all outclass Kappa.

Your name fits you... You are definitely "not accurate". Your "top" sororities had a good rush but no better than others. I saw the lists too!! DG, AXO had a great rush based on the numbers. PPHI too. In fact, all the sororities had a great recruitment. Quit living in the past...times have changed at TAMU!

DDD is always said to get the top girls bc they come from "top" high schools such as Highland Park, Memorial or elite private schools. What your self ranking forgets to account for is that the "top" girls from those high schools wouldn't be caught dead at A&M. They are at prestigious private schools or public universities with larger Greek systems. Nothing against A&M but we attract the top girls from the suburbs and more rural areas. This is just a fact. So to rank DDD (or even KKG) #1 here bc they pledge second tier girls from top high schools shows you why these rankings are a joke. Rankings are for the alums/moms who want their "second tier" daughters to feel as if they are finally top tier.

I was under the impression that Tri Delt got pretty conservative girls from the suburbs (I.e. The Woodlands) and wealthy small town girls and the HP/Memorial/big city privates went Kappa and Pi Phi with a little Theta thrown in.

No one from competitive high schools getting into A&M is 2nd tier. You are ignorant.

No one getting into A&M is 2nd tier from top academic schools. That's why chapters will take Blinn from Westlake or Memorial over small town Texas. The small town high schools are not the same academically. Top 10% is not the same coursework and they don't have same competition. DDD and KKG and ZTA got the best girls from my area.

How do you know? Show some respect and Aggie Pride. A&M gets the most well rounded outstanding students from my school. UT gets the nerds.

AXO has earned that spot- they have great quality girls and took many that would have pref'd more rational southern chapters. DG is that high and Kappa is that low. This reflects the current standings and last couple pledge classes.
