sigma chi or delt

Delt is a little more selective during rush and slightly more popular with girls, but Sigma Chi throws better parties, has a nicer house, and is more involved philanthropy/student organization-wise. Half the people you ask will say Sigma chi is better and the other half will say Delt. Neither of them are top 5 though...maybe top 6 or 7

To be honest I don't like either. They're both mid tier in that they're neither as hot/popular/wealthy/selective as KA, Fiji, SAE, Sigep, or Beta but not as relaxed/chill/down to earth as Pike, SigNu, or KappaSig. But of the two I'd say SigChi has more going for them. They have a nicer house, better parties, more involvement, & are generally seen as rising whereas Delt is rapidly declining & really doesn't have much going for it anymore besides their senior class
