Sororities at A&M are great because of the beautiful off campus houses. They provide sisters a place to hang out, study, eat chef-prepared food, and many girls get the opportunity to live in the house and bond with their pledge class.

The prettiest houses are ranked, in my opinion, as-
Zeta
Tri Delta
AXO
KD
Pi Phi
Theta
DG
DZ
Chi O
Gamma Phi
Kappa
ADPi

Zeta is first obvi but KD is the second prettiest house except THE CHAPTER ROOM IS GREEN!

Gamma Phi - you're right. But Kappa? If Kappa could build, they would but there's no place for them to go unless they buildd a tower. As banks do.

Pi Phi looks like a funeral home. Kappa looks like a bank. Gamma Phi looks like a sad grey oversized shack.

I've always though PBP looks like a funeral home too!! The inside is pretty grandma-ish IMO.

Kappa and Gamma Phi have big lots and room to expand. Some of these chapters will redo outside facade, tear down and rebuild, or best option is sorority row on west campus.

on Athens & Olympia way, all of the lots are either an acre or 1.18 acres. So they're pretty much all the same size. Gamma phi is at 1 acre.

Houses aren't the most attractive simply because most sororities didn't come here till the '70s and '80s ... and we all know what a lovely period that was for architecture. UF is in the same boat -- most of their houses were built in the '60s and '70s and look like something out of "The Brady Bunch."
