Sororities at A&M are great because of the beautiful off campus houses. They provide sisters a place to hang out, study, eat chef-prepared food, and many girls get the opportunity to live in the house and bond with their pledge class.

The prettiest houses are ranked, in my opinion, as-
Zeta
Tri Delta
AXO
KD
Pi Phi
Theta
DG
DZ
Chi O
Gamma Phi
Kappa
ADPi

None of these are mansions and are a jjoke compared to most other sec schools and UT, OU. Have you seen DDD at Florida, Kappa at Arkansas? Ole Miss, Tenn, Georgia most are beautiful. Have you seen new Gamma Phi, KD, Kappa houses at Alabama? Our row looks pathetic.

The Chi O House was dumpy. This surprised me cause other schools the houses are beautiful. Must not have a strong alum support.

Chi o is dumpy and all cut up in lite rooms. Tri dr is cheap in back and bedrooms aths are cheap looking

Chi o is old, dated and small little rooms. Tri Delt looks good at front but you go to back and upstairs and it's cheap construction bathrooms and bedooms

Kappa looks like a weird bank or dr office and DZ's is just fug. Those are my bottom two. My favorite is DG's followed closely by AXO. ZTA's is nice bc it's so new but I feel like they could have done so much more. It's very basic for new construction.

Excuse me, but have you been inside the ADPi house? It is beautiful. I'm not an ADPi, but there's no way their house is at the bottom.

I think many are too small for the larger pledge classes - gamma Phi, ADPi, DZ, AXO, XO are too small. Pi Phi could be too. Kappa is big and actually really nice on inside but needs facelift/redo. Theta just looks strange to me. zeta dwarfs XO and makes XO look So much worse.

TriDelt has a nice facade but the house is cramped that's for sure, and the 2nd half just looks cheap. AXO pretty but one of the smallest with ADPi and DZ. Theta addition looks bad. chi O ok'd and too many small rooms. KKG needs to redo their windows and whole front it's plenty big. Love DG and Pi Phi

Why does Pi Phi have TWO sets of letters on their house? That's the strangest thing I've ever seen.

Is anyone getting a facelift? For such a strong Greek system, we've got pretty dumpy sorority houses all around.

My mom's friend told me ADPi was getting a big expansion. They're the only ones with room to do it, which is good for them. Everyone else seems to be building parking lots.
