Who are generally the more "religious" houses? How do the most religious houses differ from each other? Kind comments only, please :)

At A&M all the sororities are conservative and have bible studies and groups of girls that go to breakaway together. A group of the sororities have lots of Christian camp girls from pine cove, ozark, impact, etc. - XO, Theta. Pi Phi, KKG, TriDelt. Some of the groups like to play up their Christianity during recruitment - especially Chi O - but XO is the worst at cheating, judgmental, and being fake during recruitment.

Academics are a big thing that I'll be interested in when I go through recruitment, but I'm not Christian at all. It seems like the more Christian groups also have high GPAs though. Which houses have the highest GPA while being the least religious?

Even though a house may have religious girls does not mean that every girl in that house is religious. With the exception of theta and XO, all other houses listed have HUGE mixes of Christian girls and non Christian girl. I'm personally in one of those other houses, and while we do have chaplains and bible studies, you are by no means forced to participate. Don't let this affect how you feel about each house!!!! Go in with an open mind and see for yourself.

every house at Texas A&M is very conservative, every single one. compared to most major universities. We do have some chapters that are ultra conservative - Theta - that are nothing like most Theta chapters from a social perspective. KD is also not very social, and considered socially awkward.
