Sooo I heard the bottom 2 houses are DZ and ADpi
Ive heard Adpi is bottom because they can't keep quota and they kind of take girls who arent your typical sorority girl (awkward, bigger, not really girly, etc.)
I haven't exactly heard why DZ is, is it for the same reasons as Adpi or others?
Ive seen a couple pretty girls in it, but I am sure Adpi has pretty girls too

ADPi: It's a mix of not having girls showing up on Bid Day and having to COR heavily to get up to quota, as well as grades and yes, the "look" isn't really stereotypical sorority girl. However, that doesn't mean they are a bad house at all! They do philanthropy events, have T-Shirts, do mixers, take part in Greek events, and even participated in Paddy Murphy week.
DZ: As of last year they were actually lower middle/upper top, but their decline is just about 100% reputation based. They had a girl a year ago who was really widely known for sleeping around, and as a whole the chapter has a reputation of being less classy and more promiscuous. But fun, guys of all tiers enjoy hanging out with them. There was also a snafu at the beginning of the Spring semester which led to frats not being able to have rush parties anymore, idk if that affected their social calendar or not though.

This thread really reflects well on A&M's Greek system as a whole. Who cares if ADII and DZ are highly regarded by a bunch of classless Internet trolls, anyway? Go through recruitment and make your own decision about whether an organization will provide you a meaningful membership experience.
Carry on.

DZ has never been "upper" in any manner. There was a time years ago when some thought they might have a chance at breaking into the very bottom of mid tier. That's gone out the window
