Sigma Chi above Delt. Sigma Chi has a much nicer house, is more involved, has better philanthropy, and throws more and better parties. Delt doesn't do anything except throw Fajitas and Rita's, which isn't even that impressive of a party, and the falls off the grid after that pretty much every single year

Sigma chi was easily a top 5 fraternity this year and are definitely going to be considered lower top tier by next year.

Sigma Chi has definitely improved but they're still nowhere near the top 5 in terms of popularity with sororities and the quality of their actual pledge classes. They used to be bottom of the middle tier, now Id say their solidly upper middle, but that's it

There is no doubt they are on the rise but slow down. Great parties but need to have better sorority relations.

I love how almost every discussion having to do with fraternities always devolves into Sigma Chi and Delt arguing over who's better. Chill out lol being mid tier can't be that bad
