If I already work with a organization that is a sororities philanthropy should I mention it? Will it help me?

It might help that you are passionate about the philanthropy, yes, but other than that you need to join the house that best fits who you are, regardless of the philanthropy. Also, I would encourage you to log off this site as there are a lot of rude people on here that will say nasty things to you.
