overrated
by: reallyAm I the only one who thinks Fiji and Beta in particular are way overrated on this website? If you went to either of their chilifest builds this year please back me up on this. Their chapters have their niche and it's being 'selective' on family wealth, yet Beta's build was falling apart plywood?

My inclination is that Beta is a bit overrated on here but it's not like they're bad, they're just not top in their niche that they're going for, which makes them third tier amongst the frats concerned with zip code. That makes them lower mid amongst frats that matter. Fiji isn't top tier in my opinion, but they are the wealthiest, and girls love them for that. They're average at best at other things but some girls will call them tops for their individual wealth and job prospects (lots of of finance, engineer, and PEs). This is just my observations from my own experience. Some other girls might want to chime in on their take as well.
