What are yalls thoughts on DKE & Sigma Nu?

Sigma Nu is pretty cool, or at least the younger guys are (the older ones are a little off). They're definitely improving, they have a nice house, and they throw fun parties. Id say they're nipping at the heels of upper middle frats like Delt and Sigma Chi. Don't know much about DKE, they're smaller and pretty new, the few guys I have met have been nice though

once all the older guys graduate and the new guys step in they'll improve a lot more
