Beta is not above either of those. I don't understand the hype. They're the weirdos and leftovers from "prestigious" high schools that didn't go fiji. No major events and have a shed for a house.

Move Sigma Nu to lower middle. Then just mash the bottom tier and "sub-zero" together because there's not that much of a difference between any of them

This ranking is correct socially. Kappa and TriDelt have best social calendars and long standing parties with other sororities. But - other factors are important in assessing top sorority. Philanthropy - Theta. XO, Kappa, ZTA have great events. Grades - XO Theta always top. History, Social prestige in Texas - PiPhi, Kappa, Theta. Physical Houses - ZTA. DG. Hard to assess unless you know living/bathroom accommodations too. Some houses are too small for new pledge class sizes also. Largest houses - ????

Guys don't care about Theta, but it's a popular house with girls, especially smart, nice girls.
