Yes. There is some disagreement about which ones hold open or continuous recruitment but I'll tell you the ones I think do it:
gamma phi beta
alpha delta pi
kappa delta
alpha chi omega
delta zeta

Chi o, kappa, tri delt, pi phi and theta will ALWAYS be top. Here and at any notable schools in texas (texas, smu, tcu, maybe even tech). People have off years but it is just the way it is

ZTA and DG are also good but not top tier. I would've joined these if I didn't have any of the top 5 during rush

adpi axo dz kd and axo are known to be the bottom middle/bottom houses on campus. During rush they are everyones first cuts

Every house has somewhat of a sisterhood, just because there are pretty girls or party girls doesn't mean they can't be true friends.
