sorority comments

I'm rushing next year and trying to figure out costs and such, anyone know the average cost per semester or a good guess for sororities? Thanks!

I am a high school junior who knows that I want to call Texas A&M my home in a few years. I am beyond excited to be an Aggie. I wanted to go Greek more than anything because I wanted to have sisters who would always have my back, and be there to support me through every step of college. However, after coming on this website, I don't want to go Greek anymore. I don't think joining a sorority is worth all this drama.

I'm going to assume that most of the girls bashing other houses are also fellow Aggies. Isn't Texas A&M known for being friendly? I chose A&M as my future school over t.u. because I thought I'd feel more welcome here. I thought A&M was more like a family and extremely supportive of one another. This website proved me wrong.

Once again, I'm only a junior in high school, but I know enough about Texas A&M to know that Aggies aren't supposed to act this way. Y'all are supposed to be the "Friendliest Campus" in the nation. I'm not sure I want to come to this school anymore,

Theta and DG are the sororities with the nicest girls and the best sisterhood...just throwin that out there

Maybe theta, but the DG girls have no sisterhood. They all talk bad about each other. It's worse than Kappa.

The only two sororities I have respect for in the fact that they seem genuine and good sisters is DG and Theta. Definitely not like kappa.

Tier 1:
Kappa, ChiO, Theta

Zta and TriDelt on the bubble between 1 and 2

DG, PiPhi,

KD and DZ on the bubble from 2 and 3

Tier 3
GammaPhi, AXO and ADPi

GammaPhi may be moving up soon but still bottom until after rush, then we'll see

site is AWFUL. before you go and bash every chapter, why not take a second to realize that there are positives to every sorority? if people can't do that, our greek system has some serious problems.

Apparently you girls are greeks not aggies. I was going to rush in the fall, but not anymore. It seems like you are all petty, caddy, back stabbing girls that I don't want to be friends with.
