Seems like to me you are set on particular houses and are not giving all the other houses a chance. That means you got your info from this website which is in no way the way we are in real life. You got your advice from Geeds. Since you feel like you are deserve to be in a house that cares about zip codes let me fill you in... its not just zip codes it is private planes, beach houses, ski lodges and anything else the older girls can use you for... but do us all a favor and only put those few houses down at the end of each day and if they take you great and if they don't then we are better off without you since you seem to only care about a few so called "top houses" You are not a PNM we want in the other down to earth houses.

Ok I don't know why everyone is mad at me? A friend from a different school said that the sororities at her school base off of zip code. I am from a different state, know no one here and am giving all houses a fair chance. I worked all throughout high school to be able to pay for things in college, one of which being a sorority. I am a legacy but I am not sure it is the best fit for me so I am considering all houses that I feel comfortable in. I don't know anyone at A&M and I don't want to ask a dumb question to a Rho Gamma, I'd be embarrassed for other PNMs to hear this question which is why I am asking anonymously on here. I am sorry I offended anyone, I just don't want to get cut from all the houses based off of my zip code. I am a hard worker and want all the sororities to give me a fair chance since I am giving them one. I just want to know if all the A&M houses do the same thing as the sororities at my friend's school. That is all.

I think it's obvious she is being open. She is a legacy but isn't set on the house... that's what some of my sisters did. Stop picking on her she only asked an honest question.
