Theta is a top national group and much stronger nationally than ADPi and KD. Theta is selective where they put chapters, but like Kappa and Pi Phi they have chapters at all the top private and public schools. They have strong chapters all over the country. And yes they have not so strong chapters too, but, only in the deep south - lousisiana and mississippi.
