Alpha Chi Omega, Kappa Delta, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta: in somewhat of an order based on general consensus, still middle tier. It is extremely easy to see that each house within this tier is very different, and they all have their strengths and weaknesses. These chapters are usually evenly split between girls that like to party and girls that don't. Great houses to belong to.

Alpha Delta Pi: a house that is full of genuine girls and highly devoted to improving their retention rates and building their growing sisterhood.

I agree with most, but I would have to put pi phi alongside chi o and theta. Ranks change year by year and you can't judge a whole sorority by just one pledge class. With all that said, Tri Delt and Kappa are top, with Pi Phi, Chi O, and Theta right behind them. Then there is Zeta and DG, with AXO close behind. Everyone else is below that.

I think you are basically very accurate. I would tweek it a little and say that I actually think Tri Delt is clearly number one and Kappa/Pi Phi are two and three. Based on last two rushes, I actually think Pi Phi has edged above Kappa though....just as Theta has edged above Chi O and Dg is darn close to edging above Zeta. Just my opinion. Your tiers are right on though

that was not positive at all... you cannot put girls on a grading system and give your opinion on where they stand as not everyone agrees with what you say. Sure some idiots that spend their lives on this site may agree but some of the houses you consider a bottom tier house are not as low as you are saying they are. And middle tier houses are better than at least one of the top tier houses. The only accurate thing mentioned at all is Tri delt being the top house... for today anyway. We had a good few weeks where all this petty ranking was not happening and I really wish it would go back that way.

Agree that money is probably way up there in determining rank.....looks are too. Also agree that all chapters have some good girls and some not so goods girls. However, to say that they are evenly split is just wrong. Most chapters have many more "good" girls OR many more"wild party girls". That is what makes the system work. You try to go with the girls you are comfortable with. Some of the party chapters do not want girls they consider boring and chapters with mainly churchy girls do not want the party girls. In these huge chapters, of course the girls are different, but they are not evenly split.

looks is NOT why the top houses are top houses... sure they have some pretty girls but look at kappa and pi phi... they have cute girls but not real pretty girls. Tri delt yes they have the rich pretty girls but houses like Zeta DG Dz and AXO have the most pretty girls as a whole but they do not have come from as high dollar neighborhoods as Tri delt and pi phi.

name one good looking dz who doesn't have a personality disorder.....
