Top tier is based on what is going on in the whole state not just A&M because top tier is based on recruitment and girls base this from what they here before college starts so the top houses are always the top houses but not bc they should be. That said here is is:
TRI Delt, XO, PiPHi, Theta, Kappa
Zeta, DG, AXO, DZ, KD
Gamma PHi and ADPi (only bc neither is desired at any school in TX or surrounding states)
