I feel like XO isn't top 6 anymore because DG passed them. Also, I don't think AXO is bottom tier. Therefore I put them in the same tier.

I forgot to answer your first question, sorry! I think Theta is in top 6 and since I made the top tier the top 6, Theta is included.
