I think tiers ARE pretty set in stone but order within them might change a little. I know DG thinks they are a top chapter, and they do get great girls, however, they will never get the really wealthy girls from top neighborhoods and that is why they can't break into the top 5. That sounds really harsh, but it is the brutal truth.I do think DG and Zeta maybe switched spots for 5 and six. I also think Chi O and Pi Phi switched places and Kappa and Tri Delta switched too. but that is about it. I still think Theta is one of top chapters....good girls, just different from other top ones.

Yes, Chi O had issues this rush. However, they have been one of the top chapters at A&M forever. One bad rush is NOT going to destroy that chapter. They have slowly been moving out of top two or three, and this rush did move them to number four (in my opinion) but they still have great girls and will do well in rush next year. Theta girls do not party, but that does not mean they aren't good. I know a couple of you all think that looks and partying are the only things that matter, but they aren't. They get nice girls with good reputation from good families who don't make it into the top four chapters. They are just NOTHING like DG and Zeta....doesn't mean they are not good though. I personally would rather my brother married a Theta than some from other chapters.
