Having the most members is NOT the most important thing. Many of those chapters with large numbers are at tiny little colleges that most of us have never even heard of or considered attending. Many sororities will not allow chapters to colonize at weak schools.....just like many chapters have a minimum GPA standard here. The ones that most of us consider "top" are the ones that are a little more exclusive and are at better universities. So more members is not necessarily better.

What is that ranking based on below? And you aren't going to find "national rankings" of sororities on a website. You know through families, friends at other universities and strong alumni connections.
The top houses are easily Pi Phi, Tri Delt and Kappa. Kappa is third because of their past two years. Chi O is 4 and Theta is five. Those are the top five and will continue to be.

No, those are the top ten based on who has the MOST members. That is NOT who has the classiest, smartest, most attractive, most likely to do well, etc. THAT list does NOT exist. The truly elite sororities are not at schools like Lamar college, UT San Antonio, etc....they are at top schools only. That might sound snotty, but it is the truth. I am sorry you girls with chapters all over have different ideas about what is "top."
