how come when chi o and pi phi snap bid it's the end of the world and they're bottom tier? When kappa does though no one mentions it effecting them? I think that's saying a lot about who comes on here. One bad year of rush clearly doesn't make the chapter bottom. stop being dramatic.

they are NOT bottom tier, but I do think they moved down to a solid number four. It has slowly been happening, and this year did it. Tri Delta and Pi Phi have both passed them up and I just don't see it switching back. They just take a different type of girl and they don't do enough with Greeks.
