I agree with this one.. although I would put AXO down to the lower tier and match KD with Gamma Phi... I know not everyone will agree with me on that but knowing girls in both houses I think they are on par.

I'm not sure why everyone says that Pi Phi had a great rush this year. It's obvious that Tri Delt did... if you look at their pictures Pi Phi took some big girls (as did Theta)... including a girl that my house cut day one b/c she would be a PR risk. Pi Phi had a good pledge class (better than PC 09/10) but not the best...

adpi should not be by themselves....chi o should be with them, they both had to snap bid..

Tri Delt get off of here you aren't fooling anyone by only writing comments on the side bar but not on your page. I saw you at evans! Anyway I think hands down the top 3 houses are Kappa, Pi Phi and Tri Delt. I don't think there is one set house because I know many girls that had those 3 on pref night and all went their separate ways. Chi O had to snap bid and is on probation so I will put them at 4 or 5 with Theta. DG/ZTA competition was intense this year and I personally believe DG won. All houses have some good to them so I don't want to hurt anyones feelings I just think the top 3 are pretty easy to identify (especially looking at which fraternities they mix with)

Obvisiously PMIs didn't pay very much attention to this website. Pi Phi had the most negative comments posted before recruitment and they ended up with a wonderful pledge class. Tri Delt and Thetas both got great pledges this year too.

You are spot on. Those top three are the only ones that all mix with top fraternities(and each other) and they compete for same girls. Last couple of years Tri Delt and Pi Phi have won, but Kappa might next year..... Chi o does stuff with those top sororities but only with Fiji fraternity wise. This rush really hurt them..... I think they will stay at number four for a long while.

theta should not be ranked so high..not nationally ranked in the top 10...not good here

Not a Theta but, actually, they are a very good national chapter. They are strong everywhere but deep south and are at many top colleges.

Does not deserve to be in the top 4... they are more 7-9 range. Just the truth! I really don't think anybody besides a theta considers them in the top? I think all the other houses agree with me. Do they even mix with fraternities? I think they just mix with the Corp which is a step above a FLO.
