I've heard some rumors that PH messed up on some bids. Is this true? Also, is Chi O really on probation??

Yes they did have to snap bid and I'm pretty sure they are on probation.

1. Delta Delta Delta: great looking pledge class.
2. Pi Beta Phi: good rebound year after last year's disaster.

UPPER MIDDLE
3. Delta Gamma: arguably a top tier house. Fastest rising house on the row, wonderful pledge class.
4. Kappa Alpha Theta: got a couple girls that party hard. Goodbye to the bible beater reputation. Still a very stuck up house that shouldn't be.
5. Kappa Kappa Gamma: got a ton of leftovers. They slipped the most out of any house this year.
6. Chi Omega: snap bid and on probation. About time they got caught.

LOWER MIDDLE
7. Zeta Tau Alpha: their pledges literally look like Barbie dolls or wax figures.
8. Alpha Chi Omega: a house on the rise and should be upper middle tier in a couple years once the unattractive upperclassmen graduate. Surprisingly good pledge class.
9. Kappa Delta: has a couple gorgeous girls in their new pledge class. Slowly on the rise.

BOTTOM
10. Delta Zeta: still a bottom tier house
11. Gamma Phi Beta
12. Alpha Delta Pi

I agree with you completely. The only change I would make is that Pi Phi's disaster was two years ago, last year they had one of the best pledge classes and this year its the same thing. I would put Chi O higher despite snap bidding because they did get some good girls that were highly desired. Kappa was an absolute disaster just like last year. Theta did really really well and I think they could easily move up to the top 3 with ddd and pbp, taking xo's spot.

I'm a panhellenic executive, and just FYI Chi O isn't on probation. Their alums got involved with something they shouldn't have gotten involved with, that's all. Basically Chi O is receiving a slap on the wrist for it. They also didn't snap bid anyone and met quota. Where does this stuff come from?

You can't snap bid when you exceed quota.

who got the biggest pledge class?

took juniors....sorry, they did not tie with tridelt for top pc11 since they took juniors.
