Ya'll are petty. When you're in the job market, no one cares what greek name you had. I'd take an ambitious DZ over a lazy PiPhi any day. That's just an example w/no personal involvement, but hopefully you will get the drift one day. But judging from your comments, probably not.

I'm not sure about that. Tri Delt's was hands down probably the best pledge class. Chi O's and Pi Phi's weren't terrible but weren't that great. Kappa had to snap bid but did okay for Kappa. Both Zeta and DG had good pledge classes. Theta's wasn't as good as they normally are. I actually thought that AXO and KD had fairly decent pledge classes but Gamma Phi (surprisingly) got a much better one than those two. DZ wasn't very good, and poor ADPi.

Tri-delt/Pi Phi/Chi-O depending on the type of girl

Kappa/Theta...Kappa had to snap bid and Theta didn't have their greatest pledge class

TBH the girls in Kappas PC are great, they just had to snap a few. Pi Phi had to the year before...Don't forget that Pi Phis. Zeta got alot of great girls.

Zeta is not top just stop...
Top- kappa, pi phi, chi o, Theta, tri delt
Middle- dg, Axo, zeta (they had to spring rush and many girls drop)
Bottom- kd (not the worst), dz, gamma phi, adpi
