Honestly go with who you want to go with. Some houses have a stronger sisterhood, some houses party a lot and some houses are very god-centered. Good luck in rush ladies!

Below Person: You are pathetic and not even qualified to judge. You're not good enough to wipe the dirt off the feet of SMU's or UT's girls. The greatest sororities at A&M can't touch even the WORST sororities at UT & SMU. Get over your low-life middle class self. What a joke you are. HAHAHA. Are you actually serious? I'm not from a "top" sorority at A&M and I helped out with one of SMU's sororities during your rush this year. I'm not sure what you are talking about... because I know that our top sororities are a lot better than the chapter that I helped out with. Don't get me wrong, I love my national sisters, but I was well aware that most of our sororities were higher quality than this one. YOU are the pathetic and insecure one. Go home, get off our page, obviously you don't know what you are talking about. I may question who is top or not but I love all of my panhellenic sisters at A&M. Thanks and gig 'em.

Well, I know for one my chapter didn't send in our grade reports this semester so i wouldnt judge it on earlier post of grades.

where do most of the girls who plan on rushing tend to live?? i'm assuming off campus

girls live EVERYWHERE who are rushing :)
i knew about 5 girls from my dorm rushing [it was an all girls sports dorm] but there were tons off campus too. girls rushing are everywhere, seriously. butttt i'd probably say the majority are off-campus at callaway or z-islander.

I don't know about y'all, but I am SUPER excited for rush!!! Anybody else??

Keep in mind these are just stereotypes, I would say they are pretty accurate for 95% of the women in the chapters here though:

If you like to party/mix with frats and be in a top house: Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, Pi Beta Phi

If you want to be in a top house but don't like to party but you like to mix with BCA/AMC/etc: Chi Omega, Kappa Alpha Theta

If you cute and really like to party but have an iffy reputation or iffy grades: Zeta Tau Alpha

If you are really fun and cute and like to mix with good frats but didn't necessarily make it into the very top houses: Delta Gamma

If you want a great mix of girls, some who go out and some who don't, a strong sisterhood and don't want to be in a bottom house: Alpha Chi Omega, Kappa Delta

If you don't care about the opinions of others and want to have fun and be greek: Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta

If you want the strongest sisterhood on campus and don't care what people think,, you will have sisters for life: Alpha Delta Pi
