Who mixes with who (it really depends on the grade but I will write about pc10s:

KA: Kappa & Pi Phi
FIJI: Tri Delt & Chi O & Pi Phi & Kappa
SAE: Tri Delt & Zeta
Beta: Pi Phi & Kappa
Delt: Zeta & DG

Keep in mind it changes with every pledge class! Like I said, this is what I've come to know of the girls/boys in the newest pledge classes on campus this year

Theta use to be up there too, but not anymore

Do you really think that is still true? I think Kappa is best if you like to have fun and Chi O is best if you are "churchy". However, I think next three depend on what you like. I think Theta has very classy girls who for whatever reason don't get into Chi O. Tri Delt and Pi Phi actually got better pledge classes than Kappa last year, but that was highly unusual. We are talking cream of the crop, of course, that is only about 250 of the 800 PNMs....I would be proud to be in any of those. It kind of just depends on what you like....

I'm putting the "top" houses in alphabetical order to refrain from controversy: Chi O, DDD, KAT, KKG, Pi Phi. They're all great houses with a lot of similar characteristics and personalities in them. They're known to have good grades, campus involvement, their fair share of party/non-party girls and some type of "camp" background. They're each wonderful chapters with incredible national recognition, so to have at least one of them on your pref night list should be seen as an honor

Just these two are not in the list above, does not mean they lack any of the characteristics that the above have. They, too, are respectable houses: DG & Zeta. They're known to have more wild girls than the others, but do also have girls who are very reserved. They have a lot of campus involvement and have their fair share of "churchy" girls too. DG is currently #1 for grades.

Basically, form your own opinion & on pref night look at the girls around you & see if you can picture them as your sisters.

ADPi: Strongest sisterhood on campus

ACHIO: Large mix of girls, nice

CHI O: Pretty churchy girls, very sweet and active on campus, big national name

DDD: A lot of pretty girls that like to go out but some that are completely opposite

DG: Big mix of girls, some really cute, good grades

DZ: Some pretty girls, wild

GPHIB: Newest sorority but moving up, some really nice girls

KAT: Very churchy and involved on campus, big national name

KD: Classy mix of girls, down to earth

KKG: Some really fun cute party girls, love their sorority, national name

PIPHI: Really cute girls, a lot of wild ones but many down to earth, national name

ZTA: Biggest party house, some really gorgeous girls

These are not my own words but I feel like this is accurate. Its nice to see positive comments. PNMs, Please do not read any of the solid number 1s or 2s rankings. Obviously its girls from the same houses bashing women. Keep an open mind and you will find the house that is right for you!

Many of you make it embarrassing to be Greek. All the groups are comprised of high quality girls. This whole system is based on "who you know" rather than "who you are". The idea of a top group is so misleading to PNMs and if you keep yourself wrapped up in that Idea, you sure are missing out on what it means to be an Aggie and missing out on meeting some high quality people. If Greek was all you wanted to focus on in college, you should have gone to another school. I know of girls in the sororities of the "top groups" who do nothing at A&M and did nothing in high school. I know great girls in these groups too.
